Enquiries and project information
The project form prepares your name, email, company and brief in your browser. It does not submit these details to a website database. WhatsApp and email buttons open the selected app with your message; you review it and choose whether to send. Details you send to Medio360 are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage agreed work.
Pricing and browser preferences
Your selected pricing market is stored locally in this browser. Approximate network country information, browser language or timezone may help select a starting market. We do not request GPS location. You can change the market at any time and clear stored preferences through your browser settings.
Campaign Concierge and AI
The guided brief planner runs in your browser. When live AI is enabled, choosing Ask AI sends your prompt and selected market and service priority to our website backend and OpenAI. The request is configured not to store the generated response with OpenAI, but provider technical and abuse-monitoring processing may still apply. Please avoid confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information. AI suggestions require human review.
Portfolio and live chat
Portfolio thumbnails load from Vimeo. Selecting Play film loads its embedded player, which can process device, network and playback information. Live chat loads Tawk.to automatically when you visit this website. These providers handle information according to their own policies: Vimeo, Tawk.to and OpenAI.
Hosting, cookies and security
This version includes no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Third-party services may use their own cookies or storage when loaded. The website uses secure HTTPS connections; no method of transmission is completely secure.
Retention and your choices
The website does not keep submitted enquiries in its own database. Messages you send remain in the communication services and studio correspondence as needed for enquiries, agreed work and applicable recordkeeping. Local preferences remain until you clear them. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to the studio, email us. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.
International services and updates
Hosting, messaging, AI and video providers may process information in other countries. You can use direct email or telephone instead of the embedded tools. This policy may change when the website’s services change; the date above identifies the current version.
